The SC-T measures the temperature by use of a glass-packed thermistor with a negative temperature coefficient (NTC). Its resistance changes according to the temperature. The change follows a specified curve.

 Applications

  • Measures temperature for heating, ventilation and air conditioning applications
  • For heating or cooling mode detection in 2-pipe systems
  • As frost protection sensor
  • As input for Vector controls, NTC-type inputs.
