The Office Manager is responsible to coordinate the workflow of the Corporate administrative department to ensure efficient operation; to provide the executive staff with accurate and efficient assistance of highly confidential material; coordinate building maintenance and building security; and to communicate with employees to develop a team spirit among staff, while advising, assisting, and maintaining company values and protocol for all.

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for all functions associated with material warehousing including picking orders, shipping and receiving. The Warehouse Associate will perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism. This role is the gateway to a future career for an individual with the right motivation, drive and initiative.

This position is an integral part of the team who will co-operatively work with the Branch Manager, Admin team, Outside Sales Team, and warehouse personnel to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed sales target while increasing customer satisfaction. This role will be the face representing our HVAC products to our customers, friendly and courteous, maintaining a strong level of customer service. The Inside Sales will perform all duties in a timely and orderly fashion to the best of their abilities and with the utmost due care, integrity and professionalism.
