Refund policy
Your satisfaction with all of your online purchases is our priority. This is why we make returns and exchanges easy. We do not charge restocking fees, and we will gladly accept returns or exchanges of sellable items in original condition within 7 days of delivery or pick-up. To serve you quickly, we simply ask that you fill out the RMA Request on our website.
Acceptable for Return Items
Items can be returned and exchanged in new condition within 7 days of delivery or pick-up, if:
- The product was damaged pr defective
- The product did not match the description
- Shipped the wrong product or size
- The product arrived too late
- The product did not meet the customer's expectation
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will issue a store credit to your account straightaway.
Custom Items
Because items have been made precisely to your specifications, all custom or special order products are final sale and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Return in Person
Visit our office, and our associates will happily process your return or exchange. Be sure to bring with you all merchandise to be returned or exchanged, as well as your filled-out RMA Request on our website.
Return by Shipping
To return items by express, please have your package return to 11-G & 11-1, Jalan Aman Sinaria 3, Bandar Tropicana Aman, 42500 Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor and attached with a printout of RMA Request you have filled online. We will process your return or exchange as soon as we receive your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
